Mark is one of our talented Paws Inn groomers. Mark grew up in Mifflin County with his parents, Lester and Shirley, sister, Sandy and brother, Craig. Mark is also an uncle to four nieces: Lori, Amy, Lindsay and Jordan and a nephew, Tyler, Mark has not always lived in Mifflin County, however. He has also lived in Hackensack, NJ, which he enjoyed because of its close proximity to New York City.
After graduating from high school, Mark went on to graduate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Vocational Rehabilitation. He worked in the human services field for 6 years before deciding that what he really wanted to do was work in the pet services field. It was at that time that Mark attended and graduated from The New York School of Dog Grooming. Since then, he has been working in the grooming field, as well as maintaining a business of his own.
Throughout his busy life, Mark has acquired two Brussels Griffons named “Kadashia”, who was bred by the famous terrier breeder Peter Green and “Mimi”. Mark also shares his home with a Cooker Spaniel, “Guinness”, and a cockatiel “Cosmo”, as well as some goldfish from his water garden. When Mark is not grooming or caring for his own pets, he enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, gardening, biking and camping, as well as traveling. An animal lover at heart, Mark, an excellent groomer, enjoys making animals look and feel beautiful!
