Long ago, in 1995, Beth was able to fulfill one of her dreams and join the veterinary medicine field as one of CAHS’s first receptionists. Her interest in animal behavior and her compassion for animals were evident from the beginning and her enthusiasm and competency have moved her to become our hospital manager. Her oversight of both business and personnel issues allows our doctors to concentrate on the health and well being of our patients. Beth has become the heart of the hospital. One of Beth’s great satisfactions is in educating clients in ways that will ensure that their pets will remain friends for life. She has long recognized the importance of therapy dogs and is a member of the advisory committee for “Tender Paws” the therapy dog program at the Janet Weis Children’s Hospital in Danville, Pennsylvania. Beth resides with her tri-colored bull terrier, Oshi. When not actively giving love, Oshi can be found sleeping upside down in Beth’s office, generally oblivious to the world at large. In their spare time, Oshi and Beth enjoy walking, gardening, going to the gym and caring for their salt-water aquarium. Beth has two sons and three grandsons and one granddaughter.
