Real Stories from Real Owners

I had a great experience with QVC. I brought in my 12 year old cat, whom is very difficult to transport and handle. I was expecting the worst but the veterinarian Dr. Ognibene and her assistant were able to handle and treat my kitty even after she tried to escape.
The best vet ever. They always tried to do the best for our dogs, they are always available and everyone is very nice and professional. Prices are very reasonable. Blessings to you!
First time at your new emergency clinic with my cat last night. I have to say all the staff were great and caring in regard to my cat who had been vomiting. Did not charge me for unnecessary services as she had recently been to her regular vet.
My 11 yr old shorkie Bella was showing very upsetting behavior. Trembling and panting. Called her vet of 11 years who stated they did not have an opening for 5 days. Called quakertown veterinary clinic. The receptionist was very calming and let me know of any wait time for emergency care. It wasn't a concern as I just needed her to be seen. I gave symptoms and basic information before making the 30 minute trip. I was so worried but thankful for the caring staff and Dr Dipasquale who showed sincere care for her. We had bloodwork completed and came up with care plan and sent home with prescriptions for Bella. So thankful for the care. I would definitely recommend.
On Monday 12/29 I had to bring my male cat Jasper for an emergency visit. He was not doing well very quickly and my local vet Dublin Veterinary hospital could not do a simple ultrasound. I met with Dr Egan who was so thorough and Ultimately found a tumor in my boys intestines that my vet missed 2-1/2 weeks earlier giving him a clean bill of health, declined after that. Ultimately we had to put my boy down Monday evening which truly broke my heart. I wish we would have found this issue earlier, if only they had found the growth earlier. Dr Egan was amazing and compassionate and answered all of our questions. I want to thank her and the Quakertown team for their compassion and their dedication for all the patients that come and go on a daily basis. I could not ask for a better experience even though it was probably the worst time in my life. My Jasper was my companion my shadow my buddy and missed. We will no longer be using Dublin veterinary hospital, they shouldn't be called the hospital because they cannot provide the care that a lot of the animals would need. They did not even refer me to Quakertown, I told them to call. They were going to refer me to Norristown or conshohocken facility which is at least 45 minutes to an hour away. I was a patient of there since 2006 with a previous cat that I had who ultimately the passed away. They are now owned by a corporate entity so no more of a private owned local neighborhood Veterinary hospital who used to do ultrasounds, previous owners were very caring to their pets and it wasn't always about the bottom line, their prices have skyrocketed over four times the amount than when I originally started taking my pets there, they have seemed to have forgotten that it's not about the money it's about the care about our animals which are our fur babies their our children. I will be taking my remaining cat Jade too Quakertown from now on for future appointments. Thank you 💔😞❤️
I want to first start with my horse Valentine, and personally thank D. Randy and his team for helping her. She is my first horse and we saved her from the home she was at, little did we know she would need emergency surgery to recover foreign objects from her lady parts that looked to be inside of her for months before I brought her home. I am so incredibly thankful my vet sent me to the clinic to see Dr.Randy and his team. They all took such good care of my girl. I was allowed to visit her and get updates. She recovered so well and is settling in at her forever home . Secondly I’d like to thank Dr.Smith for taking such good care of our Donkey Rizzo that is on foul watch! She gave us a good scare but she is enjoying her mommy staycation! Also a special thank you to the tech Avery! She has been so kind to send me rizzo mail when she is working .My family and I enjoy our daily pics of Rizzy while we wait patiently for the baby to be born.
The level of care is exactly what we would expect. Thank you all again to whoever has helped with either VALENTINE OR RIZZO. My family and I can-not thank you enough we are so appreciative and grateful.
