I don't understand how this place has so many good reviews. We took my dog here for an emergency (she was having frequent vomiting and diarrhea). They took an X-ray, said they found nothing, and sent her home with no medication, X-ray follow-up, or continuity of care. When we took her to our regular vet's office during normal business hours, she was diagnosed with colitis, with significant findings on a repeat x-ray, and needed to be hospitalized. When speaking with others, they shared similar experiences of neglect at Quakertown. I'd definitely think twice before sending my pet here and will go elsewhere if my dog has a future emergency, especially because they charged us $735 for nothing, and we still had to get additional care.

At our worst time, the best people stepped forward. Dr Heidi Free, Tim and the whole team, from immediate arrival, to the communication overnight was exceptional. The attitude, professionalism, friendliness and care shown by gave us immediate confidence that our dog was in great hands. Thank you to everyone. An incredible experience at a really tough time. My husband and I would like to thank Quakertown Vet Clinic for the excellent care given to our girl Ellie Mae. They kept us up to date several times a day regarding her care after her emergency surgery and we were encouraged to call at anytime day or night to check on her progress. All the staff have been very pleasant and helpful throughout her stay. We would highly recommend their vet clinic for the excellent care and satisfaction we received and Ellie Mae is doing very well! On hold for a hour no pick up no person just music called at 230 in afternoon hardly believe they are good

My cat had an emergency on a Saturday night. The first "24/7" animal hospital I drove to said they were closed. The second said they had a 12-hour wait. This Quakertown location was friendlier, cleaner, nicer overall, and had my cat back to see a vet within 15 minutes. Based on that, I believe they are one of the only truly 24/7 animal hospitals in the area. They took very good care of my cat and she's recovering well now. I'm not sure she would've survived the night if it wasn't for this clinic. Now, of course it wasn't cheap, but I think the bill was fair and reasonable for emergency care on a Saturday night. A thousand "thank you" isn't enough.

You have kept Chula happy and well for 4 years. I see no reason to change!
